About Isabela

I am Brazilian-born and have been a yoga teacher since 2020. I like to joke that I'm a "covid graduate". A longtime student of yoga.

I found the practice over 10 years ago when I was living in Germany with my family. Throughout the years I enjoyed practicing all types of yoga: power yoga, hot yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga-like classes, and some other very active types.

I fell in love with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) while training Yin Yoga. Since then, I've been studying TCM for yoga and applying it to all my classes, adding pressure points and creating flows according to specific energetic meridians to bring balance to mind, body and soul.
