Core Team
Rosmer Mena, LCSW
Licensed Psychotherapist
Her mission for the past 20 years has been to lead others into following healthy and healing practices so that they can lead a purposeful and happy life. Her career has mainly centered around wellness and holistic practices, to support others from a bottom top approach which fosters a sense of wholeness.
After many years working in the mental health field, Rosmer came to the conclusion that one often trusts external sources for our well-being, and sadly forgets about the incredible resources we have internally – our mindset, our intuition, and our own wisdom! But, how can we connect to these three powerful sources with all the external noises and demands from life? Not easy! For that reason, Rosmer came to the realization not only that it was difficult to shift and transform, but that certain environments were not conducive to the change, and one didn’t know how to. This is when Rosmer decided to create a retreat with the intention of bringing together the many countless women craving insight, camaraderie, quiet, and guidance. Rosmer believes everyone is trying to navigate life, and what a better way to navigate it, than from a space of serenity.
