About me

My name is Luz Elena Berrio, I have a degree in psychology from the Universidad San Buenaventura in Medellín, Colombia. My career has been dedicated to the emotional and psychological accompaniment of people in their processes of change and personal growth. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, expanding my training to provide more comprehensive care focused on the social and emotional needs of individuals and families.

I am certified in Positive Family Discipline, an approach that integrates therapeutic work to promote healthier, more respectful, and connected relationships within the home. My great passion is service and human accompaniment, firmly believing that the family is the fundamental nucleus from which healthy bonds and stronger communities are built.

Certified in complex trauma, with a therapeutic approach focused on deep understanding of the long-term effects of relational and prolonged trauma, I have accompanied people who have lived intense or prolonged traumatic experiences, providing a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space. With an integrative approach focused on attachment.

I have a warm, empathetic and professional approach, Luz Elena combines clinical tools with a humanistic vision, helping people reconnect with their emotional well-being and transform their lives from love, understanding and awareness.
