Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient. The word “Reiki” translates to “universal life energy” (rei) and “vital energy” or “spirit” (ki). The practitioner acts as a conduit for this healing energy, which is believed to flow through energy centers or channels in the body, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and self-healing.
During a Reiki session, the recipient usually lies down fully clothed, and the practitioner gently places their hands on or near specific areas of the body. The energy is believed to balance and harmonize the recipient’s energy system, supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki is considered non-invasive and gentle, focusing on promoting a sense of peace, balance, and overall well-being.

During a hypnosis session, a trained professional, often referred to as a hypnotherapist, guides the individual into a relaxed state and utilizes various techniques to engage their imagination and promote positive change. These techniques may include suggestions, visualizations, and affirmations tailored to the individual’s goals or therapeutic needs.
