About me

My name is Alexis Bousquet, and I'm a Tampa native. I am a senior at the University of South Florida studying for a bachelor's degree in Social Work in the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences. In my final semester, I am serving as a student intern at Innerglow Therapy and Holistic Center. I plan to pursue a master's degree on the Advanced Standing track in the summer semester of 2027.

I have both a professional and personal background with children who have special needs, from caregiving to educational support. I retain a proficient work history with Hypotonia, Autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome, both verbal and nonverbal.

I uphold my core values of ‘Competency’ and ‘Dignity and Worth of a Person’ by maintaining and expanding professional skills and knowledge, and by treating everyone with respect and care. My ethical responsibility is to ensure that the well-being of clients and patients is my primary duty, through confidentiality and promoting self-determination.
