About me

Hi!! I’m Brittany Mena a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida. I am passionate about helping people feel understood, recognize their strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful to them.

Supporting and encouraging others has always been an important part of who I am. My path into therapy has included working with individuals and families through social services, care coordination, and clinical internships. These experiences have strengthened my belief that everyone has a story worth hearing and deserves support that recognizes the whole person.

I bring warmth, energy, curiosity, and honest encouragement to my work. I want you to feel comfortable showing up as yourself, even when life feels messy or you don’t have the right words. I believe in celebrating your progress, making room for difficult feelings, and supporting you as you take steps toward the changes you want to make.

My areas of interest include ADHD, self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, and life transitions. I am especially drawn to supporting people who feel overwhelmed by expectations, struggle to recognize their own worth, or find themselves putting everyone else’s needs before their own. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, find your voice, and build practical tools that fit your life.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with loved ones and my cats, and making space for my faith and personal growth. I value connection and believe that caring for ourselves deserves the same attention we so often give to others.

You do not need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to work alongside you as you build confidence, navigate challenges, and move toward a life that feels more like your own.
