About me

A compassionate Clinical Social Worker who as a human being has virtues and defects. I have learned to use my lived experiences as an opportunity to strengthen and push myself to become a better person each day. I believe everyone has the power and capability to develop their maximum potential and become a better version of themselves by achieving their emotional well-being. Throughout life, I have always considered myself a helpful person. I genuinely care for others and their needs. I like to inspire and embrace individuals to a path of growth and better quality of life despite the circumstances they have found themselves in. I rejoice every satisfactory progress of the individual working with including clients and colleagues, as I am very passionate about supporting others through empowerment.

If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and emotional healing, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work towards a happier, more fulfilling life.

On a side note, I am a very family-oriented person, I love spending time with my family (husband, daughters, grandson and three dogs). I also believe that there is a different quality of time you can spend in life. A time with family, time with your spouse, partner/domestic partner, and a time with yourself where you learn, accept, and love you for who you are with strengths and weakness, that makes everyone unique and special.

My Approach

My ideal patient is motivated to embark on a journey of self-exploration and healing. Someone who is open-minded, committed to personal growth, and ready to engage in the therapeutic process wholeheartedly. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions. My approach is rooted in empathy by creating a warm and welcoming environment free of judgement where you can feel heard and supported as working through your concerns. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual’s unique needs, so I like to be eclectic.
