Healing through Journaling
Journaling is not the same as writing in a diary. There are tons of benefits one can gain from the beautiful art of journaling, HEALING from Trauma being one of them.
Writing down one’s thoughts and feelings can help us reduce stress and anxiety, gain self-confidence, observe patterns of maladaptive and adaptive behaviors, improve our writing and communication skills, boost emotional intelligence, and help us reflect and track growth.
Journaling is also a tool to boost our immune system, as it helps us to stop the negative thoughts that influence our nervous system, which will be discussed in depth during this workshop.
During this workshop, we will discuss ways to make journaling a part of our lives and a way to stay consistent with this healing art.
Nurturing Relationships
One primal human need is the need of connecting with others. Yet, at times connecting in ways that nourishes healthy, joyful relationships, can be difficult.
This workshop is intended to help those seeking deep intimacy and aliveness in their relationships with others and self.
During the workshop accessible and engaging techniques that can be apply to the couples’ relationship will be introduced.
The goal is for participants to utilize the techniques to experience communication as a doorway into presence, discover ways to increase aliveness in the relationship and transform conflict into ease, as each member in the relationship feels seen, heard, and acknowledge.

Self-Care
Intention provides accountability, and Self-care involves acknowledging and attending to emotional needs.
Self Care varies from person to person, what works for one individual may not work for another. It’s essential to explore and find self-care activities that resonate with you and your priority for well being.
During this workshop, participant will engage in activities to gain understanding of their needs, desires, and limitations.
Mental Health & Nutrition
Nutrition plays a crucial role in supporting and improving mental health. Eating a healthful and balance diet is key for mental wellness. The food we consume provides the necessary nutrients for the brain’s optimal functioning and influences various biochemical processes that affect our mood, cognition, and overall mental well-being.
During this workshop we will duscussed, Funtional Nutriton, Macro Nutrients, Meal Planning, Food Choices, Inflamation, Nutrient deficient and Bio-chemical balance.
A LIST OF FOODS WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH PARTICIPANT, ALONG WITH A 3 DAY INTEGRATIVE NUTRION DIGESTION RESET GUIDE.
New Mama Easy Yoga Flow
The joy of motherhood brings withing itself changes in identity and lifestyle. The need of our child/children becomes priority, and the mother self-care becomes secondary.
Let us not forget that if mama is not well, the care of the baby is put at risk. The mother sanity post birth is crucial, so in order to ensure is attended to, mama’s self-care is essential.
In this workshop, mothers will engage in gentle yoga movement, meditation, breath work, and sound healing. It is important for post birth mothers to consult with their health care provider before engaging in any physical activity.
NOTE: ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL SIGN A WAIVER OF PARTICIPATION.
Hormones and the Mestrual Cycle
Sadly, the menstrual taboos support the feelings of shame women experienced when in their menstrual cycle.
Education and awareness campaigns are crucial in debunking myths, promoting accurate information, and fostering open discussions about menstruation.
Encouraging positive attitudes, providing access to menstrual hygiene products, and creating safe spaces for conversations about menstruation can help combat the stigma.
This workshop is intended to provide education around the influence of stress, during our menstrual cycle, empower women to manage their menstrual health confidently, engage in conversation that encourages practical ways for women to honor their moon, and provides tools to encourage the respect and celebration for the women body and all it does.
Stigmas and Mental Health
Studies show a 45% prevalence for mental illness, yet many people struggle with the idea of seeking support due to stigma.
Misconceptions, misinformation, and a lack of understanding about mental health conditions, results in a lack of empathy and support from others, making it difficult for individuals to openly discuss their experiences.
This workshop is intended to provide education and an open container to challenge and address stigma. The hope is to create a more compassionate and inclusive society that supports the well-being and recovery of individuals living with mental health conditions, yet not getting the support or care they need.
