About me

I am a caring and altruistic individual who loves helping women from all walks of life. I will be there to remedy the problems that you are facing through understanding and providing a safe space. I’ll be there to assist you in overcoming what you find challenging.

I have experience in working with individuals who have faced trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, and homelessness. Additionally, I have provided unconditional support to individuals and families who have faced cancer and other challenging medical conditions.

I received my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I truly feel my calling in life is to help others. I moved to Tampa a few years ago from New York. My hobbies include spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I consider myself a foodie and I love learning about different cultures.

My Approach

I enjoy the energetic vibration that is created in spaces where laughter is present. I like to make my clients feel welcome,  invite all parts of my clients to be part of the process, and strive to help all parts cultivate a sense of ease,

You may be wondering, what am I referring to when talking about all parts. This concept comes from a therapeutic approach that views the individual as a system consisting of various “parts” or subpersonalities, each with its thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. These parts can range from protective and nurturing to wounded or self-critical.  This is why inviting all parts of the individual into the healing journey, is primal in helping clients develop the sense of ease, I was referring to.
