What is the Cancellation Policy?

Terms & Conditions
Reservation Policy
All reservations must be made using the booking tool on this page. Reservation is complete once full payment or non-refundable $500 deposit per person has been received, and confirmation has been received from our booking partner.
The minimum age for the retreat is 18 years of age.
Any special requirements must be stated on the registration form (i.e., food allergies).
With the reservation, the client confirms that he/she/they are physically fit and do not have any pre-existing conditions that could be affected by a yoga practice, swimming, and general activities. If you have any concerns, consult your doctor before making a reservation.

Insurances and Travel Documents
International/Domestic travel to and from the retreat location is not included in the package prices and is the responsibility of the guest.
We strongly encourage travel insurance to cover any cancellation and/or injury that may occur.
Each guest is responsible to procure and maintain the valid necessary travel documentation such as a passport or realID. The documentation must have validity of at least 6 months to enter into any country or state to comply with embassy entrance requirements.
Payment Conditions
If a payment plan is selected, gests will recive invoices for which payments must be made according to the following conditions:
All Invoices must be paid prior to arrival of guest.
$500 deposit made during reservation is non-refundable.
Remaining balance must be paid one month prior to the retreat start date
Pricing and Services
Prices and services are subject to change. The price the customer will be charged, is the price offered at the time of reservation. If conditions change Innerglow Holistic reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.
Guests are responsible for all international travel expenses and fees
Disclaimer
Customers willing participation in any Innerglow Holistic retreat services, activities, or any other booked event is at the customer’s own risk. The customer releases, waives, and holds harmless the company and employees from all claims, losses, expenses (including legal costs) during or aligned with his/her/their participation in Innerglow Holistic retreats activities.
Innerglow Holistic is not responsible for theft of valuables, delays, and any related expenses that may arise from such circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the company of any chronic diseases, allergies, or illnesses prior to arrival. IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR TESTED POSITIVE WITH COVID within 2 weeks of departure will be asked to not come to the retreat and for a doctors note to receive a refund (less that of the deposit). Any and all refunds may take up to three months to be processed. Accidents or injuries or any kind are beyond influence and the company can not be hold responsible.
The customer is responsible for any damage they may have caused to the belongings of the company and/or hotel and will be charged a repair fee for all damages. Any fees will be paid by the customer to the company prior to their departure.
Exclusion of Participation
The customer is obligated to follow the instructions of the company staff. If the customer has concealed physical and/or health issues and is unfit, acts irresponsibly and/or causes disruptions that hamper the capability of the service and/or the health and safety of the other participants, the company and employees, and its reputation, the customer can be excluded for current and future participation with Innerglow Holistic after a singular warning. Contracts will be terminated immediately, without further notice with no refund and the accrual of any damages or fees will be paid by the customer prior to departure.
Risk
Adventure activites, especially those in the ocean such as surfing or boating, carry with them some degree of risk. Each participant must know his/her/their limits and capabilities before entering into activities that pose a certain level of risk. The customer consents to their responsibility for any medical fees or injuries that they may incur when participating in at will outdoor and/or adventure activities.
Data usage
Occasionally we will produce promotional materials such as posters, brochures, social media content, films, etc. Therefore, the customer agrees that he/she/they may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her/their stay in addition to activities in connection with Innerglow Holistic. Customer also agrees that Innerglow Holistic may use such recordings for promotional and/or advertising purposes without any prior additional consent. The customer agrees that his/her/their personal data may be used by Innerglow Holistic and their affiliated partners for marketing and market research purposes. The company, Innerglow Holistic, assures that any and all personal data will be treated with upmost confidentiality and not be transferred to any third party other than that necessary to fulfill the booking and deliver the requested service. The customer can terminate this agreement at will, at any time in written form via email. If customer terminates agreement, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for market research purposes.
