Yoga Class

We all know the benefits of groups, the collective energy allows for individual connection, due to share intention. This is why group yoga can be so beneficial to many, as it provide an opportunity to connect with others who share similar interests and goals.

The perfect way to start your day. Our 45-60 minutes classes are offer with the intention of getting student's body moving, build strenght, mobility, agility, stability, and aligment. Along with breathwork, meditation and mindfulness, to bring the student into a stated of calmness and relaxtion to assit the nervous system in it's functions.
